Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.
— Albert Einstein in a 1930 letter to his son Eduard (loosely translated from German)

Ken Ladd is a massage therapy instructor specializing in noninvasive light-touch therapeutic approaches, including Applied Bio-Mechanics and Cranial-Sacral Therapy. He has a broad and diverse background of education and experience, both in the physical sciences (mathematics, engineering, aviation) and in natural healing methods. Teaching and mentoring have been his passion throughout his life.

Ken has instructed bodywork seminars for thirty years in the USA and several other countries. His seminars are approved for continuing education credits in the state of Arkansas and by Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

His bodywork career began with a basic class in Aquarian-Age Healing taught by the late Dr. E. F. Hayles in Alabama in 1987. He became an advanced student of Dr. Hayles and helped him teach his last advanced class. Dr. Hayles certified him to teach all five levels of Aquarian-Age Healing (Bio-Mechanics and Bio-Engineering) in February, 1990, and he taught his first Bio-Mechanics seminar later that year.

Ken was introduced to cranial-sacral therapy through several different sources in 1990-1993. He was already practicing craniosacral therapy when he attended his first seminar with the Upledger Institute of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in January 1993. After CST1, he worked as a teacher assistant in each level as he advanced rapidly through their courses. He precepted in the UI Healthplex Clinic in 1997. More recently he has participated as a guest therapist in comprehensive craniosacral therapy programs at Integrative Intentions, LLC, in New Mexico. He has taught basic seminars in cranial-sacral therapy for about twenty-five years.

As a therapist, Ken is committed to facilitating deep and profound changes in a person’s health and well-being. He brings a sensitive touch, a gentle sense of humor, and personal insight into his individual sessions with clients and into the seminars he teaches.
